Investment Banking Associate

Job Description:

This is a full-time position located on site in Singapore for an Associate covering investment banking related transactions in Asia. They will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including conducting research, preparing financial models, preparing marketing materials, and executing transactions. They will work closely with other team members on data and financial analyses, due diligence activities, and the creation of transaction materials. Being exposed to every aspect of a deal/transaction cycle, the candidate will be involved in the deal sourcing process, evaluation of such opportunities, arranging and structuring of such transactions, and see to the completion and documentation.

Requirements:

1. Graduate with no more than 3 years of work experience, preferably in corporate finance, financial due diligence or valuation related work

2. Experience in South East Asia or North Asia is a plus

3. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
