Investment Banking Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Investment Banking Analyst based in Singapore. The analyst will support the investment banking team by conducting financial modeling, performing due diligence, and preparing detailed reports. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data, supporting deal structures, and working on client presentations. Remote work will be allowed for part of the role, with additional opportunities to collaborate in-person as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and strong foundational knowledge of Finance
• Excellent Analytical Skills and experience with data interpretation
• Familiarity with Due Diligence processes in an investment context
• Experience or education in Investment Banking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in both remote and in-office settings
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CFA or progress towards obtaining one are a plus
