Investment Banking Analyst

Position Overview:

As an Analyst in our Investment Banking team, you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile deals, develop key relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our investment banking practice in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution
• Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings
• Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation
• Perform industry research and market analysis to identify potential opportunities for clients
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisors
• Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluency in English is a must
