  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software for creating presentations, reports, and financial models.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and corporate finance concepts, including M&A, IPOs, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), and debt and equity financing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets to identify key trends and insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare client presentations, investment memorandums, and reports, as well as present findings to senior bankers and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to complex financial issues.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across teams, including internal stakeholders, clients, and external advisors.
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, Series 7) are a plus.
