Support the development of the Asia platform's investment strategy through detailed market analysis and competitive landscape assessment.
Contribute to the origination process by identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities in the digital and data infrastructure space.
Conduct preliminary screenings and assessments to support decision-making processes.
Build comprehensive financial models incorporating operational, financing, tax, valuation, and other relevant aspects to support investment analysis and decision-making.
Support fund management activities, including responding to investor queries, assisting with reporting, and monitoring capital deployment and fund-level performance.
Contribute to asset management initiatives, including evaluating customer contracts, development plan changes, and their impact on project and platform-level returns.
Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured written materials.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary data and insights to support proposals.
Manage and deliver aspects of key workstreams, coordinating with various stakeholders, consultants, and advisors.
Research and analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, competitive landscape, and recent transactions within the data center and digital infrastructure sectors.
Qualifications:
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire to drive growth and value in a scaling business.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
4-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
Strong analytical, modelling and quantitative capabilities.
Ability to think creatively and articulate complex messages and ideas simply and clearly.
Accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Clear and concise writing skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing investment memos and presenting to senior stakeholders.
