Investment Associate

We are currently working with a Real Estate Investment Management Firm in Singapore, which is looking to hire an Investment Associate to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of investment deals, including financial analysis, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain financial models for infrastructure assets, including scenario analysis and performance forecasting.
• Conduct thorough due diligence for investment evaluation, ensuring accurate assessment of risks and opportunities.
• Prepare DDQs, investor presentations, and respond to investor queries.
• Prepare financial reports and conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, real estate, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Exposure to infrastructure or real asset sectors (e.g., solar, data centers, logistics real estate) is a plus.
• Understanding of solar asset-backed securities is advantageous.
