Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in financial services, operations, or client servicing is an advantage.
- CMFAS certifications (M5, M6, M8, M9, HI) are beneficial.
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of process automation or experience with coding and AI tools is a plus.
