Develop financing plans for solar and energy storage projects in the covered regions.
Liaise with local banks and financial institutions, coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, financial, etc.), and drive the financing process to achieve Financial Close (FC).
Oversee the execution of loan agreements to ensure compliance with financing terms.
Maintain ongoing communication with financial institutions, submit periodic reports, and provide required documentation.
Monitor project financial performance and debt servicing, identifying and resolving potential risks in a timely manner.
Support potential refinancing or other financial optimization activities.
Investment Analysis
Conduct financial modeling and investment analysis for projects in specific countries to evaluate feasibility and support investment decisions.
Mergers, Acquisitions, and Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)
Participate in contract negotiations related to PPAs and project acquisitions.
Job Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in:
Project Financing: Candidates with successful financing case studies will be prioritized.
Investment Analysis: Familiarity with financial modeling for infrastructure projects (PF/LBO models).
PPA or M&A-related Work: Demonstrated expertise in related transactions is a plus.
Language Skills
Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
