Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of investment opportunities within the energy transition sector across Southeast Asia
Develop and maintain detailed financial models, cash flow forecasts, and valuation analyses for renewable energy projects
Support due diligence processes, transaction execution, and preparation of transaction documentation for prospective investments
Prepare investment presentations, internal memoranda, and other materials for stakeholders and investment committees
Perform in-depth research across relevant markets, technologies, and business models within the energy transition landscape
Contribute to business development initiatives and support the assessment of new project opportunities
Monitor portfolio performance, support platform valuations, and analyse operational and financial results for stakeholders
Skills & Experience
Strong academic background in business, economics, engineering, or a related discipline, with a solid understanding of corporate finance principles including valuation, accounting, and financial analysis
2–5 years of experience in project development, investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, private equity, or consulting; exposure to renewable energy or energy transition sectors is advantageous
Advanced analytical and financial modelling capabilities, with experience building complex financial models
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional Asian language skills are beneficial
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to work independently
Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
