Job Title: Analyst/Senior Analyst, Investment and Asset Management
A fast-growing private equity real estate investment manager with a strong presence across key global markets is seeking a highly motivated professional to join its investment and asset management team. Headquartered in Singapore, the firm manages a diverse portfolio across multiple asset classes and collaborates with institutional investors, family offices, and real estate developers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct underwriting and due diligence for real estate investment opportunities, including financial, tax, and legal analysis.
- Support senior team members in the execution of investment transactions.
- Prepare investment briefing materials and participate in investment committee meetings.
- Coordinate meetings and site visits with existing and potential stakeholders.
- Assist in investment monitoring, market research, asset management, and fundraising activities.
Qualifications & Experience- Prior experience in real estate investment management, investment banking, development, or operations will be advantageous
- Strong transaction execution skills.
- Exposure to office and multifamily asset classes.
- Strong academic background with a focus on finance, mathematics, real estate, accounting, or related fields.
- Excellent financial modeling, real estate underwriting, and market research skills.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to independently build real estate models and investment presentations.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
