Role Summary

We are seeking an Investment Analyst to support our Private Equity and Private Credit mandates. This is a role requiring a candidate who is fluent in legal documentation. You will play a key role in the full investment lifecycle from initial deal screening & due diligence to transaction execution & portfolio monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Due Diligence

Legal Due Diligence: Ensure regulatory compliance, review contracts and legal documentation.

Operational Scrutiny: Conduct background checks on management teams and assess the competitive landscape of target industries.

Transaction Execution

Documentation Management: Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Term Sheets, Exclusivity Agreements, and SPAs/LPAs.

Conditions Precedent (CPs): Manage the CP checklist to ensure all legal and financial requirements are met before capital is deployed.

Investment Analysis & Monitoring

Investment Memos: Draft comprehensive memos for the Investment Committee (IC) that synthesize financial upside with legal risk mitigants.

Portfolio Management: Monitor the financial health and covenant compliance of portfolio companies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Diploma in Legal Studies

Experience: 3 years and above as a Corporate Paralegal
