Role Description

This is a full-time paid summer internship. This is an on-site role for an Investment Analyst Intern located in Singapore. The selected candidate will assist with market research, financial modeling, and analysis to evaluate potential investment opportunities in the real estate sector. They will support portfolio management activities, assist to prepare investment memorandums, pitch decks and quarterly investor updates. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and be involved in a variety of tasks for a deal from initiation to execution across different segments.

Qualifications

Recommended to have completed at least 2 years of undergraduate studies in Business/Finance/Economics/Real Estate or related fields
