About the Role

Australasian Property Group is looking for a dynamic and motivated Investment Analyst Intern to join our growing team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will work under the Investment Manager and will gain hands-on exposure to financial analysis, investment research, and real estate transactions across a range of property development and investment projects.

This internship provides valuable exposure to real estate investment, financial modelling, market analysis, and institutional funding processes within a fast-growing property investment environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct financial projections and analysis for new investment opportunities

* Prepare and update financial models for ongoing projects approaching refinance stages

* Perform market research, competitor analysis, and ad-hoc research for current and prospective deals

* Assist in preparing investment memorandums, pitch decks, and quarterly investor updates

* Participate in meetings and presentations with investors

* Support the Investment Manager in preparing due diligence materials required by institutional funders

* Compile economic and real estate market data for investor newsletters and reporting

* Be involved in various stages of transactions from deal initiation through execution across different asset segments

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, a related field

* Must be able to commit to a full-time, on-site internship from Monday to Friday

* Students must be eligible for and able to obtain a Leave of Absence (LOA) from their university for the internship duration

Preferred Skills & Experience:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Interest or experience in investments and financial analysis

* Proficiency in finance and financial modelling

* Understanding of portfolio management concepts

* Knowledge of real estate markets will be an advantage
