Investment Analyst - Grandway (Singapore)

Job Summary

You will support the portfolio manager across the full investment process at a MAS-licensed multi-family office managing discretionary multi-asset mandates for a select group of families.

Responsibilities

Analyze manager and fund due diligence materials by reviewing factsheets, DDQs, and GP documents to evaluate investment opportunities
Run screening and peer comparison analyses to identify relative strengths and weaknesses of investment options
Draft clear, actionable Investment Committee memos summarizing research findings and recommendations
Monitor portfolio NAV and performance by tracking exposures, conducting attribution analysis, and calculating fees
Conduct market and macroeconomic research to inform asset allocation and tactical investment positioning
Perform company-level financial modeling and term-sheet analysis for direct and private investments
Prepare client and board reporting materials that communicate portfolio status and investment insights effectively
Work independently and collaboratively within a lean team, managing diverse tasks including detailed and routine work

Preferred competencies and qualifications

CFA candidate or charterholder preferred
Accounting qualification also welcome
2-4 years of relevant experience in asset management, private banking, investment banking, transaction services, or fund administration
