Investment Analyst/Associate (Real Estate)

A prominent real estate investment firm, with a global footprint spanning across various asset classes, is seeking a motivated analyst to join their team in Singapore. This is a newly created headcount due to expanding business needs.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a lean investment team and play a crucial role in evaluating investment opportunities to identify new opportunities in the sector. Other responsibilities include analysing market trends, conducting feasibility studies, and engaging with external key investors. You will work closely with the cross-functional teams to execute investment strategies.

Requirements

You are a self-driven and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate investments. A Master's degree in a related field or a CFA will be an added advantage. Candidates with prior deal execution experience in real estate or M&A experience will be preferred. Also open to candidates from corporate finance who is keen to pivot into real estate investments.

You are familiar with financial modelling, feasibility studies and preparing papers for board approvals. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone with a keen eye for detail, analytical, communicative and collaborative.
