Investment Analyst / Associate (Real Estate)

A multi-asset real estate fund management company, with a diverse portfolio of assets across the globe, is seeking a motivated individual to join their team in Singapore. This is a newly created headcount to support business needs.

Responsibilities

You will work directly with C-suites and play a crucial role in overseeing the existing real estate portfolio across Singapore and APAC. Your main responsibilities include supporting deal lead in the acquisitions and divestments of new assets in the region. Other key responsibilities include asset management, portfolio management and risk management.

Requirements

You are a self-driven and ambitious individual with around 2 years of experience in real estate investments and asset management. A Master's degree in a related field or a CFA will be an added advantage. Candidates with prior deal execution experience in APAC commercial markets will be preferred. You are good with numbers, and can build a financial model from scratch. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who is proactive, independent and resourceful.
