Our client is a rapidly expanding company operating at the forefront of the AI infrastructure sector, supporting large-scale AI compute and infrastructure deployments across multiple regions. As one of the earliest members of the financing function, this role offers rare end-to-end exposure to capital strategy at the intersection of finance, infrastructure, and AI technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust financial models for project financing, cash flow forecasting, cost-of-capital analysis, scenario testing, and portfolio planning.
- Support transaction execution, including due diligence, valuation analysis, process management, preparation of investment memos, lender materials, presentations, and term sheet reviews.
- Assist in evaluating, structuring, and executing strategic financing initiatives, including debt, equity, leasing, and hybrid capital solutions.
- Conduct research on capital markets, investor appetite, peer benchmarks, and emerging financing structures within the AI infrastructure space.
- Collaborate closely with finance, legal, operations, technical teams, and senior leadership to align financing solutions with project timelines and customer contracts.
- Support special strategic initiatives, including cross-border financing structures, asset-level SPVs, and global expansion planning.
Candidate Profile
- Around 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, financial advisory, private debt, or related analytical finance roles.
- Strong financial modeling capabilities with familiarity in structured or project-based financing concepts.
- Mandarin is required due to the need to communicate with Mandarin speaking students and counterparts
