Role Overview

We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our investment team in a role that sits at the intersection of investment advisory, advanced data analytics, and applied AI. This position will play a central role in shaping how the firm leverages data, machine learning, and AI technologies and couples it with a stringent fundamental analysis to develop investment strategy, portfolio construction, and market insight generation.

The role is suitable for candidates ranging from Senior Associate to AVP, depending on experience and demonstrated capability. Embedded within our global markets function, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop both fundamental and AI-enabled investment intelligence, enhance portfolioanalytics, and translate complex, data-driven insights into clear, compelling perspectives for both internal and external stakeholders.

This is not a sales role. It is an investment-facing role that forms a critical foundation for how we understand markets and communicate that understanding to clients, as well as how we source, structure, analyze, and operationalize data and AI in support of investment decisions and client communication.


Key Responsibilities
. Conduct in-depth research on global financial markets, sectors, and individual securities
. Design, develop, and maintain data-driven and AI-enabled analytical frameworks to support investment research, portfolio strategy, and market insights
. Apply AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics techniques to financial market data, macroeconomic indicators, and portfolio-level datasets
. Support portfolio analysis, monitoring, performance attribution, and reporting
. Develop investment memos, presentations, research notes, and client-facing materials
. Analyze global macroeconomic and market developments and contribute to the firm's investment framework
. Translate analytical and market insights into clear, structured narratives for clients and internal audiences
. Collaborate with investment, advisory, and operational teams to strengthen the firm's global investment capability
. Work closely with senior leadership to convert market understanding into actionable investment perspectives
. Collaborate with investment, advisory, technology, and operations teams to strengthen the firm's data and AI infrastructure for investing

What We're Looking For
. Master's Degree in Business or Data Analytics
. Approximately 3-5+ years of relevant experience, depending on level
. Experience with data pipelining, complex datasets and software tools including Databricks, Tableau and Snowflake
. Exposure and understanding of Foundry platform is an added advantage
. Strong interest in global financial markets and investment strategy
. Solid analytical skills with comfort working with market data and portfolio analytics
. Familiarity with Bloomberg strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
. Ability to synthesize complex market information into clear, structured insights
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - As a number of our clients are European proficiency in these languages is a plus
. Self-driven, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a lean, high-accountability environment
. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders
