Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage parts purchasing in line with HQ guidelines
- Liaise with overseas HQ to align on purchasing rules and plans
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Monitor inventory control and report issues or risks
- Maintain accurate inventory records (quality, quantity, lifecycle)
- Perform month-end stock takes and reconciliations
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and prepare documentation
- Assist in the management and tracking of office's measuring instruments
- Support laser licence applications and related admin tasks
- Assist with sales quotations preparation and update order status upon PO receipt
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience or practical knowledge in inventory control.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
