- Plan and manage stock replenishment to meet commercial timelines and sales demand.
- Prioritize store allocations based on sales performance, stock levels, and business needs.
- Investigate and resolve supply issues, including missed or incomplete deliveries.
- Set and adjust min/max stock levels to maintain optimal inventory across stores and warehouses.
- Analyze weekly sales to recommend stock consolidation and reduce markdowns.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely stock deliveries.
- Align with commercial teams on forecasts, promotions, and supply plans.
- Manage defective returns, vendor claims, and replenishment exceptions.
- Support vendor reviews and follow up on stock allocation matters.
- Track and report key inventory metrics, such as sell-through and bestsellers.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in inventory or replenishment planning.
- Strong coordination and planning skills experience working with warehouses.
- Good communication skills and team player.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
