Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the inventory planning process, including demand forecasting, replenishment planning and stock optimization
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and customers while ensuring accurate cost and pricing management
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement and Operations teams to align inventory with business needs, customer requirements and market trends
- Monitor, track and analyze demand patterns to recommend timely adjustments
- Prepare inventory performance reports with insights on trends, risk and opportunities to Management Team
- Maintain accurate master data and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Drive continuous improvements in inventory planning processes, systems and reporting
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in F&B or FMCG industry
- Knowledge of best practice inventory management and safety stock policies
- Advanced level in Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on professional with strong ERP knowledge and application skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
