Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the 3PL Logistics sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Inventory Operations Manager to be part of their Inventory Operations team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the east - easily accessible.
The Inventory Operations Manager's responsible is:
- Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity within the warehouse
- Conduct cycle counts, stock takes, and location audits investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and update WMS records and inventory databases
- Monitor site KPIs and implement improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost control
- Review and improve warehouse processes and SOPs to optimise service levels
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams on stock movements and discrepancies
- Manage labour planning to meet customer SLAs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and contractual requirements
- Lead, train, and manage the inventory team to drive performance and continuous improvement
- Perform quality assurance checks and support periodic inventory exercises
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of inventory management experience in logistics industry
- Experience in process improvement methodology
- Proven track record in process or operation improvements
