Prepare monthly material demand forecasts and monitor inventory levels to ensure stable supply, timely replenishment, and support for urgent operational needs.
Handle material and asset purchase orders, follow up on delivery status, and coordinate shipment arrangements with HQ logistics teams, including preparation of Packing Lists (PL) and related documentation.
Manage material allocation and stock transfers across branches to support smooth daily operations and operational efficiency.
Investigate incoming material discrepancies, damaged items, and defective inventory, including system updates, follow-up actions, and periodic reporting of slow-moving or defective stock.
Coordinate the collection, packing, and return process for damaged materials on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Conduct monthly inventory and asset stock counts to ensure accuracy between physical inventory and system records.
Plan and optimize warehouse storage layouts and space utilization to improve storage efficiency and material handling processes.
Requirement
Able to travel between 2 outlets (Westgate/ Cathay) as needed for inventory support, part issuance, and system updates
Able to handle and transport heavy cartons as required up to 15KG for stock movement and orders.
Able to work 5.5 days (11am to 8:30pm)
Able to converse in Mandarin as this role is required to deal with Mandarin speaking counterpart from China HQ
