Inventory Executive

We are looking for a dynamic individual to manage Inventory Control & Logistics for South East Asia.

Ensuring and maintaining high inventory accuracy is a core function in our industry. The ideal candidate is meticulous, system-savvy, and has a keen interest in fashion retail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role will work closely with our 3PL partner and Retail team, including regular store visits, to safeguard stock integrity and support seamless retail operations across the region.

Key Duties:

Inventory Control

• Responsible for inventory management, ensuring integrity and accuracy
• Coordinate weekly cycle counts with all stores
• Responsible for mid-year and year-end stock take
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and negative inventory
• Provide training to Retail and Office team in accordance with Inventory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Off-season inventory management: quarterly meeting with Merchandising dept. to review off-season stocks level with action plan

Warehouse & Store Coordination

• Coordinate and support store shipments, off-season stock migration, returns, pick up, transfers and deliveries (merchandise and non-merchandise)
• Validate invoices from warehouse, forwarder and courier service providers
• Responsible for keeping accurate records of warehouse inbound and outbound activities.
• Maintain good working relationship with the 3PL service provider, ensuring high service standards and reasonable fees during renewal negotiations.
• Maintain defined warehouse KPI's and operational improvements, if needed.
• Warehouse lease and space management. Organize and negotiate overflow storage facilities as/when required.

Others

• Support ad-hoc tasks or undertake projects as assigned.

Essential Requirements

• Diploma or above in a relevant discipline.
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years experience in inventory management within fashion retail, preferably luxury.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good interpersonal, planning and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
