Inventory Coordinator (6 mths contract)

Location: East

Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM (Monday to Friday)

Work Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities

. Responsible for receiving all incoming parts from vendors and verifying deliveries against Delivery Orders (DOs) to ensure the correct quantity and that all items are received in good condition

. Verify Delivery Order accuracy against Open Purchase Orders (POs)

. Update the company's in-house ERP system promptly and accurately before informing end-users of the receipt of parts as specified in the PO. Liaising with vendors on all modification parts are send to correct vendors and return back

. Liaise with vendors to ensure modified parts are sent to the correct vendors for modification and returned upon completion

. Maintain the store and workshop in a clean, safe, and orderly condition in accordance with 5S standards

. Ensure subcontractors comply with established workshop procedures and protocols

. Monitor consumable and expendable stock levels to ensure adequate availability

. Replenish stocks when necessary to prevent shortages and minimize disruption to operations

. Pack sales parts according to customers POs and specific requirements

. Coordinate and ensure timely collection by courier services

. Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

. Possess at least a GCE O Level certificate or equivalent

. Possess good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, with good written and verbal communication skills

. Relevant working experience in a warehouse, store, inventory, or receiving environment will be an added advantage

. Able to work independently, with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work
