Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
Salary: Up to $1,900

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our team! You'll play an important role in ensuring smooth inventory operations - from receiving and organizing goods to maintaining accurate stock records and coordinating with other departments for timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
• Organize and maintain inventory in an orderly and accessible manner
• Issue materials and products as per requisition
• Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry in inventory systems
• Work closely with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth stock flow
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store area

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary education or equivalent
• Prior experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or logistics operations preferred
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel / inventory systems)
• Strong attention to detail with good teamwork and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting

Working Hours

• Day Shift: 8:00am - 5:45pm (5 days)
• Mid Shift: 11:00am - 8:45pm (5 days)
• Night Shift: 8:00pm - 8:00am (4 days)
• May be required to work OT on the 5th day
