Job Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and process optimization.
- Manage and develop a team of professionals in inventory, purchasing, and planning.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control policies, procedures, and audit standards.
- Prepare and oversee the annual purchasing budget aligned with business forecasts.
- Ensure transfer pricing adheres to corporate policies and global tax/finance guidelines.
- Monitor inventory turnover, holding costs, and stock health to safeguard profitability.
- Implement measures to reduce excess, slow-moving, or obsolete inventory.
- Balance supply constraints with business priorities while maintaining service-level commitments.
- Validate customer orders in coordination with Production, Sales, and Customer Support.
- Adjust order quantities based on factory capacity, material availability, and allocation rules.
- Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Prevent stockouts, overstock, and aging inventory through proactive forecasting.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification or higher.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Ariba systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
