Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, spare parts, and tools
- Conduct regular cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
- Update inventory systems and ensure data accuracy at all times
Warehouse & Logistics Coordination
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure compliance with company standards
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams for smooth material flow
- Support timely resolution of inventory-related issues
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare inventory reports, stock summaries, and trend analysis
- Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions and adjustments
- Ensure records are properly filed and audit-ready
Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in inventory control processes and propose improvements
- Support implementation of better inventory tracking and control systems
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred)
- Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or similar roles
