Intune Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Microsoft Intune Specialist to manage, secure, and support our corporate and mobile device fleet. You will oversee device setup, security policies, and app deployment across Windows, iOS, and Android devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Windows Autopilot profiles, OOBE workflows, and Entra ID join strategies for Windows 10/11 endpoints.
• Package, test, and distribute Win32, MSI, Store, and LOB applications across Windows and mobile platforms while managing patch rings via Windows Update for Business.
• Manage Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise integrations for automated enrollment, VPP licensing, and device profile configuration.
• Implement Mobile Application Management and Entra ID Conditional Access policies to secure corporate data on both corporate-owned and personal BYOD devices.
• Configure Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker encryption, and certificate-based authentication using SCEP/NDES for secure network connectivity.
• Automate administrative tasks and compliance reporting using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API while providing Tier 3 troubleshooting support for endpoint failures.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Deep knowledge of Windows 10/11, iOS, and Android management.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong understanding of Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and Managed Google Play.
• Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).
