Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Intune L3 Engineer to join our Singapore team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Microsoft Intune environments, leading advanced troubleshooting efforts, and supporting global enterprise device management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3-level support for Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex device/application issues.
- Configure and manage Intune, SCCM/MECM, hybrid device join, Windows Autopilot, software distribution, and policy deployment.
- Optimize Intune policies, compliance, and Windows Update for Business settings.
- Manage application deployment and packaging activities.
- Collaborate on architecture reviews and recommend technical improvements.
- Support MDM and endpoint security across enterprise environments.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base for issue resolution.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and L1/L2 support teams.
Job Requirements
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and enterprise device management.
- Strong expertise in:
Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM migration and provisioning.
Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, compliance policies.
Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint security.
Application deployment and packaging. - Good understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and Entra ID.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell preferred).
