About Client:

Our client is an Reputed MNC

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the migration strategy from Windows 10 to Windows 11 using Microsoft Intune.
  • Perform device readiness assessments to identify hardware/software compatibility issues.
  • Develop and deploy Windows 11 images and provisioning packages.
  • Manage and update device compliance and configuration policies in Intune.
  • Create and maintain Autopilot profiles for Windows 11 deployment.
  • Implement application packaging and deployment through Intune.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate deployment failures and post-migration issues.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with endpoint protection standards.
  • Document technical processes, build guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide technical support during pilot and enterprise rollout phases.
  • Train the staff and support teams on Windows 11-related procedures and troubleshooting.

Skills/Requirement:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS internals, especially Windows 10 and 11.
  • Hands-on experience with Autopilot, device enrollment, and configuration profiles.
  • Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO) and migration to MDM policies.
  • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell preferred) for automation tasks.
  • Experience with application packaging and Win32 deployments via Intune.
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and conditional access policies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
