WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

• Support Asia talent lead in Talent & Performance, Learning & Organizational Development, Employee Engagement and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Work with Regional/Market HR Teams on specific Asia programs such as the Asia Graduate Trainee Program, Employer Branding Campaign and HR Surveys
• Participate in ad-hoc projects/assignments
  
  

ARE YOU THE ONE

• Undergraduate from all disciplines are welcome
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin can be beneficial.
• Available to commit to full-time or a combination of full-time and part-time internship between July 2024 and July 2025 (Minimum internship duration: 6 months)
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Microsoft Office 365 Tools
• Confident to develop Excel report and template; able to use Macros would be advantageous.
• Detail-minded, organized, energetic, proactive and agile learner

WHAT TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT
