Internship - Regional Distribution Centre Logistics Management

The student as part of Regional Distribution Centre Team will be working with various stakeholders including our outsourced 3PL warehouse team to facilitate daily operations, covering full set of warehouse activities and monitoring via Infineon Systems (i.e. ERP SAP, Assist4, PIO SAP). The student will also have a chance to involve in projects that are related to digitalization.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Customer Focus: Support continuous improvement initiatives to address customer concerns and enhance overall service quality
• Operational Excellence: Identify, evaluate, and implement improvements in daily logistics operations to drive efficiency, productivity, and operational effectiveness
• Focus on the Future: Contribute to logistics and warehouse digitalization projects, including process automation, system integration, and data-driven solutions
• Take Responsibility: Support day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities while ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of operational performance reports

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Study Field: Be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline
• Interests: Demonstrate a strong interest in supply chain operations, logistics processes, and digital transformation initiatives
• Personality: Bring a proactive mindset, strong learning agility, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Work Style: Apply a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach while managing multiple priorities and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
• Skills: Possess exposure to SAP, Python, Tableau, or other programming and data analytics tools; experience with these technologies is an added advantage
• Availability: Be available for an internship starting from May 2027 onward for a duration of 6 to 12 months
• Language Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English communication skills
