Internship Program (MULTIPLE ROLES AVAILABLE)

We are seeking passionate students who are eager to gain exposure and understand the day-to-day operations of an insurance broker. This internship is designed to provide individuals with valuable industry experience, allowing students to apply their education in a practical setting while growing in a collaborative environment.

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals. As an intern, you will have the chance to contribute to meaningful projects, enhance your knowledge, and build connections that can shape your career.

Financial Lines:

• Provide support in researching and coordinating logistics for new business campaigns.
• Prepare slips for clients and insurers.
• Follow up with insurers and update claim statuses in the respective folders.

Employee Benefits:

• Develop and update communication decks, slips, and handbooks.
• Assist brokers with comparison exercises and renewal reports.
• Review billings and maintain updated listings.
• Support the SME scheme project and help enhance workflow processes.

Claims:

• Assist in recovering outstanding LOGs.
• Support handlers in conducting full file audits.
• Help the team review and identify opportunities to enhance existing processes.

Major Corporate:

• Manage policy administration and documentation tasks.
• Support the renewal process, including both pre- and postservicing activities.
• Conduct data analysis, research, and prepare relevant reports.

Strategic Solutions:

• Analyze internal client data to identify key strengths and development areas that guide or validate new business strategies.
• Support the team in marketing activities and CRM initiatives.
• Prepare quotations for new business submissions and assist with presentation materials.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, resourceful, and detail oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Works independently and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels.
