What will you do You will be required to: Align to Global Occupational Health (OH) strategy - support the management of workplace occupational health risks and opportunities, at local and regional levels. Assist Occupational Health Manager on the delivery of OH services at GSK Asia House. Support Cluster OH Lead Physician in OH governance within Southeast Asia. Participate in Independent Business Monitoring (IBM) gap analysis & governance process of GSK global OH Standards. Promote strong collaboration and engagement with stakeholders (e.g., EHS, HR, business leaders) to deliver health and business solutions for occupational health challenges that enhance productivity, reduce presenteeism, and build resilience. Utilise GSK resources & relevant technology tools to drive efficient ways of working. Assist in OH performance evaluation using data analytics. Stay updated about leading Occupational Health practices and notable workplace initiatives (both inside and outside GSK) that protect employee health. Strengthen the thriving, healthy, and resilient Occupational Health culture. Create communication content via digital channels, including newsletters, emails, and video messages. Adhere to the local Performance with Choice policy for hybrid working - currently requiring presence at GSK Asia House a minimum of three days per week. What will you learn You will be able to: Have hands-on experience in identifying and managing workplace health risks and opportunities across local and regional settings. Use data analytics and other technology tools to assess OH performance and drive continual improvement and efficiency. Build cross-functional partnerships with EHS, HR and business leaders to develop business solutions that boost employee health and productivity, to reduce presenteeism and enhance workforce resilience.
