Contribute to enhancing the quality and efficiency of our customer service operations. As a Quality & Service Management Intern within Group Operations & Technology, youll play a key role in standardizing our service offerings and improving our complaint management reporting, directly impacting the customer experience.

How You Succeed

To thrive in this role, youll need a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proficiency in data management and visualization. Youll excel at consolidating information, identifying inconsistencies, and designing clear and effective dashboards.

What You Do

You&aposll be directly involved in:

  • Consolidating and refining the Service Catalogue across multiple processing countries to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Streamlining and enhancing Complaint Management Reporting processes to improve efficiency and clarity.
  • Applying your understanding of data management principles to structure, store, and retrieve data effectively.
  • Designing dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.

Who You Work With

Group Operations & Technology co-creates products and solutions, building the underlying technology applications and services and managing the Groups IT operations & cyber defence 24/7. This team is focused on end-to-end transaction fulfillment services, allowing customers to focus on growth. The Quality & Service Management team ensures we consistently deliver exceptional service.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in an IT-related field.
  • Possesses an understanding of data management principles (structure, storage, retrieval) and relevant tools.
  • Demonstrates skills in dashboard design and data visualization.
  • A proactive and organized individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
