What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) Middleware Development: Contribute to the development of ETSI-014 compliant middleware for seamless quantum key retrieval on QKD hardware.
- Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Library Development: Assist in building an in-house library implementing Post-Quantum Cryptography algorithms (e.g., KYBERS-DILITHIUM) for integration into OCBC applications.
- Proof-of-Concept (POC) Deployment: Support the deployment and testing of these solutions at a POC level, validating their functionality and performance.
- Code Contribution & Testing: Write clean, well-documented code and participate in rigorous testing to ensure the robustness and security of our solutions.
- Research & Exploration: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum security and contribute to the exploration of new technologies and approaches.
- Ad-hoc tasks: Provide support on other projects and tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the Quantum Engineering team.
Who You Work With
Group Engineering is the engine driving innovation within OCBCs Group Operations & Technology division. Were building a resilient and future-proof technology infrastructure to support the banks growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Youll be part of a highly skilled team of engineers, researchers, and security experts who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of whats possible.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree (Master&aposs or PhD) in a relevant field (e.g., Quantum Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity).
- Strong understanding of Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) principles and technologies.
- Solid knowledge of Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) algorithms and their applications.
- Proficient in Python and/or NodeJS.
- Familiarity with Shell Scripting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
