We are looking for interested interns to join our growing team in the Commercial division.
Role Overview: The role will support the set up of the Commercial downstream team in LNG operation and create functional dashboards for operation team for monitoring and reporting. This internship experience will enable the intern to gain good understanding of functional and non-functional needs of the LNG business and understanding to Singapore's downstream markets and functional needs.
Role Responsibilities:
Commercial Operations
- Support monitoring of daily gas nominations, offtakes, and scheduling to meet contractual obligations with downstream buyers
- Operate and maintain Gasco's nomination systems and portals, acting as duty manager on a rotational basis including coordination with buyers, and IT support
Refine Business Processes
- Gap Analysis of current processes against SOPs and addresses gaps in Process Steps, and Technology
- Refinement of Workflows & processes with future state in mind
- Support compliance activities if any, including audits, regulatory submissions, and performance monitoring of upstream and downstream counterparties
ETRM system
- Coordinate ETRM scoping requirements and implementation for the downstream Commercial team
Divisional support
- Refinement of Workflows & processes with future state in mind
- Data generation and submission for management reporting on performance monitoring of upstream and downstream counterparties, and portfolio composition
- Any other ad-hoc projects, as well as any other projects related to the downstream Commercial business, including contract management and inventory analytical work, will be assigned from time to time
Role Requirements:
- Engineering, Business, Economics or related undergrad course
- Numerate with analytical and diligent approach with good attention to detail
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI or Python)
- Full time 5 days commitment preferred
- Internship period January to June 2026
