The student, as part of the Singapore Corporate Communications team and under the guidance of a supervisor, will support the team with the planning and execution of external and internal events, content development for various channels, and other communications tasks and projects as assigned.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Support day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks (scheduling, meeting notes, asset organization, tracking approvals)
- Assist in planning and executing internal and external communications initiatives
- Produce short-form video content for social and internal channels (shooting, basic editing, adding captions/graphics). - Capture and edit basic photography for events, announcements, and social media
- Draft and proofread content: social posts, intranet articles, email copy, and simple press materials
- Perform other communication tasks and projects as assigned

- Practical experience producing multimedia content for a corporate audience
- How to plan and coordinate communications campaigns and events
- Hands-on skills in video production workflow: concepting, shooting, editing, and distribution
- Best practices for corporate writing and storytelling
- How to manage digital asset libraries and communication workflows in a team environment
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- On track to attaining degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Production, or related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills; comfortable managing calendars, deadlines, and multiple tasks
- Experience with basic video creation and editing; basic photography skills and simple photo editing
- Clear, concise writing and proofreading skills; ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for content formats
- Comfortable using collaboration and productivity tools (Webex, SharePoint)
- Portfolio or samples of prior video/photo/content work (can be student work or personal projects)
- Preferred Internship Period: Jun 26 - Dec 26
