Develop and implement an effective action plan to achieve sales targets. Main products: Construction steel (rebar, wire rods, hot-rolled, PPGL sheets), agricultural commodities
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for various regions and territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Proactively search for potential customers through various channels, including going on business trips (Company-sponsored)
Coordinate with relevant departments, such as Chartering, Operations, Finance, Legal to facilitate the completion of deals ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Additional ad-hoc tasks by the Director as needed.
