Job Responsibilities
- Own market-level insights for digital advertising and platform usage, identifying growth levers, risks, and competitive gaps.
- Discover, prioritize, and execute product-led growth opportunities tailored to local user and advertiser needs.
- Ensure products and features are optimized for local market conditions, behaviors, and regulations.
- Partner closely with data and analytics teams to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and guide decision-making.
- Surface market-specific product gaps and collaborate with product management teams to drive resolution and roadmap alignment.
- Track performance of localized product improvements and clearly communicate outcomes and insights.
- Translate usability research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence into actionable product recommendations.
- Strengthen the platform's strategic position in-market through informed execution and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or growth roles within technology, internet, or digital advertising environments.
- Experience from e-commerce, payment platforms is desired
- Strong understanding of advertising platforms, commerce, messaging ecosystems, and digital technologies.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with product, growth, or engineering teams in distributed, international settings.
- Deep knowledge of local digital advertising ecosystems, online business needs, and consumer internet behavior.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa to support Indonesian market.
