Morgan McKinley is hiring for a International Product Growth Analyst for a 6-month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!
Responsibilities:
- Define and evaluate the success of international product growth initiatives by setting goals, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on key product metrics to gain insights into local market trends.
- Utilize technical expertise in quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and data presentation to develop and refine international product growth strategies.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to address a variety of meaningful business problems using diverse analytical and statistical methods.
- Collaborate with International Product Growth Managers, engineers, product managers, designers, data scientists, researchers, and other cross-functional teams to inform, shape, support, and implement international growth strategies and investment decisions across Meta's product portfolio.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related technical field, or have equivalent practical experience. The degree must be completed before joining Meta.
- Bring at least 3 years of professional experience in analytics, or 2 years if holding a Master's degree.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams across different time zones outside of North America.
- Have hands-on experience with data querying languages such as SQL and a solid understanding of A/B testing and statistical analysis.
- Proven ability to independently perform analyses to address ambiguous, open-ended questions, delivering actionable insights with minimal guidance.
