As part of our continued growth in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our Singapore office located in Tuas.
Job Responsibilities:
Market and Clients
- Develop regional markets, establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand equipment performance and parts requirements.
. Provide timely market feedback and assist in formulating sales strategies.
Sales and Order Management
- Promote parts products, handle quotations, negotiations, and contract signings.
. Track order execution to ensure timely delivery of parts.
. Manage accounts receivable to ensure prompt payment collection.
After-Sales and Technical Support
- Collaborate with the service team to provide customers with selection and installation guidance
- Collect customer feedback and resolve parts-related issues during use
- Provide improvement suggestions to the R&D or supply chain departments.
Performance and Goal Achievement
- Execute sales tasks and payment collection targets assigned by the company
- Analyze sales data and develop improvement plans
- Participate in departmental sales planning and market expansion efforts.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in engineering machinery or related industries, candidate who possesses parts sales experience is an added advantage
- Familiarity with the structure of engineering machinery products, possessing customer communication, business negotiation, and order management abilities
- Possess strong stress resistance, with robust market development skills and team collaboration spirit
- Willing to travel for business and own a valid driving license is preferred.
