International Partnership Executive (Roaming)

Role:

The International Partnership Executive plays a key role within International Wholesale team and is responsible for establishing and managing SIMBA's roaming relationships with international partners. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, external business partners (roaming partners) and vendors to ensure alignment with contractual and operational requirements.

This role is ideal for a entry-level candidate or someone who wishes to build a career in telecommunications.

Job Description:

External Partner Management

• Identify potential roaming partners worldwide and establish contacts with selected partners.

• Review International Roaming Agreements and coordinate with roaming partners throughout the agreement process.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with carriers, roaming partners and vendors.

Internal Coordination and Operations

• Liaise with internal stakeholders for roaming-related matters such as contracts, settlements, testing schedules and website updates.

• Conduct monthly analysis of roaming traffic, revenue and market trends.

• Administer and maintain Roaming agreements, update agreements as required, and follow up on testing activities.

• Support other functions within the International Wholesale team as required.

Requirements:

Education

• A diploma or, preferably, a university degree in Business, Economic, Marketing or a related discipline.

Experience

• Zero to two years of relevant experience. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in Microsoft Excel would be advantage.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of professional business communication.

• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Attention to detail, initiative, sound judgement, adaptability to a changing work environment, teamwork, stress tolerance and resilience.

• A strong desire for continuous self-development and to build skills and expertise across the roaming and wholesale functions.
