As our International Marketing Director, you will spearhead global marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive international customer engagement, and position our restaurant as a leading culinary destination in Asia and beyond. You will work closely with executive leadership and creative teams to develop integrated campaigns, digital outreach, and international partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive international marketing strategies
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all global markets
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media,SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation
- Identify and manage international PR opportunities and influencer partnerships
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with international travel, hospitality, and lifestyle partners
- Manage the marketing budget and report on ROI and KPIs
- Other job assigned.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a B2B marketing role.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to set direction and develop the team.
- Strategic mindset and high business acumen.
- High level of project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust across the organisation.
- Ability to drive change and engagement.
- Good knowledge and understanding of digital systems and tools such as CRM, SEO, marketing automation, and digital analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good at Mandarin Chinese and able to handle contract and documentation in Chinese due to we have major clients in China market.
- Ideally, experience in sales lead generation.
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in a senior or director-level role
- Ability to travel as needed in order to be efficient in the role.
- Willing to work on weekends and Public holidays.
