Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

International Growth & Expansion Strategy:

  • Develop international expansion strategies for clients seeking entry into new markets or realignment of existing supply chain and production footprints for resilience and balance.
  • Formulate strategic points of view focused on global and regional growth opportunities.

Market & Commercial Strategy Development:

  • Conduct in-depth market expansion assessments, including market sizing, consumer behavior analysis, competitor benchmarking, and product and services evaluation.
  • Design market entry scenarios covering channel strategies, operating model design, and partner evaluation and selection.

Location & Footprint Strategy:

  • Lead global and regional site selection initiatives for headquarters, R&D centers, and manufacturing or production facilities.
  • Conduct global talent assessments to evaluate workforce availability and capability to support growth strategies.

Supply Chain & Ecosystem Realignment:

  • Support supplier portfolio realignment by identifying, evaluating, and assessing suppliers aligned to redesigned supply chains and manufacturing strategies.

Thought Leadership & Insight Development:

  • Develop points of view and insights for publication on global trade, internationalization, and cross-border growth challenges and opportunities.

Client Engagement & Leadership:

  • Lead bespoke client discussions and strategy workshops with senior executives from corporate organizations and government entities.
  • Deliver high-quality insights and recommendations to multiple senior stakeholders across geographies.

Business Development & Network Building:

  • Engage in business development and client pursuit activities, building pipelines of inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong global client relationships to support selling and delivery of engagements.
  • Establish and grow an international external network including clients, industry associations, and policy stakeholders.
  • Participate in regional and international conferences and client events.

Global Collaboration:

  • Work closely with PwC's global network to connect relevant expertise and deliver integrated solutions to clients unique business challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively within multicultural and geographically diverse teams.
