International Creative Strategist
We're looking for an International Creative Strategist to lead and scale the global content strategy for Last Z. This role sits at the core of our publishing team, owning how game updates, seasons, and events are translated into high-impact, scalable content across global platforms.

What You'll Do
. Own global content strategy and planning for Organisation across key beats (patches/seasons/events), defining content themes, series pillars, and publishing cadence (short-form, visual, web/store assets as needed)
. Produce actionable creative briefs and scripts, including key message, audience, structure, storyboard/shot guidance, subtitles/copy, compliance notes, and channel-specific requirements
. Build a scalable creative system: maintain a first-3-seconds hook library, script pool, variation rules, creative tagging taxonomy, and review templates to increase hit-rate and reusability
. Act as the content project owner, coordinating production/design/vendors and reviewers (Brand/Legal/platform policies) to ensure direction alignment, timelines, and quality standards
. Partner with UA, creators, community, storefront growth, and product teams to ensure promise-to-product alignment and iterate using data and feedback (completion/engagement, brand search lift, storefront CVR, etc.).
What We're Looking For
. 3+ years in gaming, advertising, or content experience in growth-driven creative strategy and global content planning preferred.
. Strong ability to translate gameplay value into scalable content structures excellent at scripts, storyboards, or briefs.
. Familiar with major global content platforms (TikTok/Shorts/Reels/YouTube) and basic compliance boundaries.
. Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.
. Proficient in English for professional communication experience working with US, EU, Japan, or Korea markets is an advantage.
. Proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a plus, to support collaboration with regional teams or market-specific content initiatives.
