Job Description

This is the International Business Director(IBD) role for the AMEA region, based in Dubai. The IBD will look after marketsin the Middle East, Africa and parts of Eastern Europe. The IBD plays acritical role in the global system as the overall relationship owner across theassigned portfolio. This position is accountable for delivering Domino's annualbudget targets for net store openings and same store sales growth for theirdesignated portfolio. Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring theirMaster Franchisees are compliant with their Master Franchise Agreement (MFA)and are sufficiently capitalized to run successful operations and deliversustainable, profitable, growth. To accomplish these objectives, the IBD mustbuild strong relationships with our Master Franchisee partners in the assignedregion (Alamar, Domino's Pizza Eurasia, Eat & Go, etc) and coordinateclosely with all Centers of Excellence (COE) to effectively influence andsupport our Master Franchisee partners in bringing the Hungry for MORE strategyto life in their markets.

RESPONSIBILITIESAND DUTIES:

(50%) DeliverDomino's annual budget targets through impactful consulting:

. Accountable for deliveringDomino's annual budget targets for net store openings and same store salesgrowth for their designated portfolio.

. Partner with the COEs to develop tailored annual operating plans that deliver the appropriatelevel of support and impact to the Master Franchisee or markets based on thesegmentation model (Focus, Consult, Protect).

. Effectively influence MasterFranchisees or markets annual and strategic plans to drive sustainable,profitable, growth.

­ Conduct regular business reviews withall markets, leveraging the business assessment tool to identify opportunities.

­ Share Domino's best practices across allkey disciplines.

  • Support the optimization of our portfolio of Master Franchisees to help create economies of scale and maximize our long-term store and sales growth potential.

(20%) Ensurecompliance with the Master Franchise Agreement and protect the brand:

  • Embrace our franchisor role ensuring all assigned markets and Master Franchisees are in full compliance of our MFA. Put plans in place to address any gaps in compliance.

. Ensure all changes to standards andpolicies are communicated in a timely manner to Master Franchisees.

. Closely partner with the QA team to supportthe implementation of the overall global food safety agenda to protect theconsumers we serve, and the Domino's brand.

. Confirm that the Master Franchisees'capital structure, balance sheet and store-level economics are sufficient todeliver long-term, sustainable, growth. If deficiencies are identified in oneof these areas, partner with the Master Franchisees to develop the appropriateaction plans.

. Champion new global foundationalcapabilities (e.g., Cutting Edge Project) to help our Master Franchiseesoperate more effectively.

(20%)Spearhead, or closely support, Domino's overall relationship with MasterFranchisees:

. Ensure there is a strongworking relationship between Domino's and their Master Franchisees, by makingsure there is comprehensive information sharing and that key constituents areconsistently engaging with our Business Consultants or COEs.

. Coordinate content for allcommunications and engagements from DPZ and the COEs to the Master Franchiseesor markets.

. Ensure Master Franchisee ormarket leadership is clear on Domino's annual and 2030 objectives, includingkey global initiatives (e.g., voice of the customer).

(10%)Lead, coach, and develop ahigh-performing team:

  • Manage the team of International Business Managers to effectively partner with Master Franchisees and COEs.

. Promote our company values, leadingby example, and encouraging their team to live these values every day.

. Lead, coach and motivate theirteam to create an open inclusive environment where all team members can bringtheir ideas and whole self to work.

. Foster a highly collaborative culture thatfacilitates a strong partnership with all COEs.

. Provide constructive feedback on aregular basis and create detailed action plans during the semi-annualperformance appraisal process to develop team members leadership andfunctional competencies.

  • Partner with the RVP to create career development plans for all team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

. Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of QSR,other retail, or CPG experience.

. Possesses a robust and broad generalmanagement skillset, with an emphasis on retail operations and financial acumen.

. Strong verbal and written communicationskills, with a proven track record of communicating effectively with C-suite levelexecutives.

. Ability to understand different culturesand willingness to adapt accordingly to communicate effectively with thedifferent Master Franchisees and market teams

. An advanced consultative skillset thatleverages strong problem solving and analytical competencies to effectivelypersuade senior leaders to act.

. Demonstrated ability to develop and growinfluential and collaborative relationships with both external and internalpartners.

. Experienced in leading high-performanceteams in a matrixed organization.

. Work experience in MEA region or otherinternational markets preferred

Ability to travel internationally 50% of thetime.
