Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, databases, and headhunting to build talent pipelines.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, perform reference and background checks, and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, draft job descriptions, negotiate salaries, and manage placements from offer to onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client consultations, candidate engagement, and negotiations.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools like applicant tracking systems (ATS), knowledge of employment laws, and experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in HR or business, plus 2-5 years of agency recruitment experience.
