Job Summary
You will identify and recruit prospective candidates through diverse channels, assess their qualifications and cultural fit, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate client interviews. You will guide candidates and clients through negotiation and support onboarding to ensure successful placements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit prospective candidates using multiple sourcing channels to build a qualified talent pool
- Assess candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility to ensure alignment with client needs
- Conduct first-level interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and readiness
- Arrange and coordinate suitable candidates for client interviews to facilitate selection processes
- Guide and facilitate negotiation between candidates and clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Follow up with clients and assist candidates during transition and onboarding to ensure smooth integration
- Manage multiple recruitment tasks concurrently to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Apply innovative thinking to develop creative recruitment strategies and solutions
- Communicate effectively with candidates and clients to maintain clear and professional interactions
